These terms govern your use of Rekrt ("the Service"), operated by Lumetric Labs LLC ("we", "us", "Lumetric Labs"), a Colorado LLC. By creating an account or using Rekrt, you agree to these terms.
Rekrt is an AI-powered recruiting intelligence platform for college coaches, high school coaches, and athletics staff. We aggregate publicly available recruiting data and provide tools for player search, roster management, recruiting boards, and AI-driven recommendations.
You need an account to use Rekrt. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — do not share login credentials with others. Each staff member should have their own account (paid plans include multiple seats).
You must provide accurate information when signing up. If you represent an organization (school, program, athletics department), you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Free tier: Available to high school, club, and AAU coaches at no cost with limited features.
Paid plans: Scout, Staff, Program, and Athletics tiers are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the next renewal.
You agree to use Rekrt only for legitimate recruiting and coaching purposes. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details. In short: don't scrape our data, don't harass anyone, don't break the law, and don't try to reverse-engineer the platform.
Your data: You own the data you put into Rekrt (program profiles, notes, board configurations, roster information). We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our data: Player statistics, recruiting data, portal information, and AI recommendations are part of the Rekrt platform and are licensed to you for use within the Service. You may not bulk-export, redistribute, or resell this data.
AI features: AI-generated recommendations, fit scores, and search results are provided as guidance. They are not guaranteed to be accurate. Recruiting decisions are ultimately your responsibility.
Rekrt, its logo, design, code, and AI models are the property of Lumetric Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We will communicate scheduled maintenance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Rekrt is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumetric Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumetric Labs LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@rekrt.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
